Bulkhead Adaptor The KQ2 one-touch bulkhead adaptors are uséd to connect male thread and tube through a panel and are suitable for use with nylon and polyurethane tubes. The special profile design of these fittings provides positive sealing under pressure without reducing the flow. When the adaptor is removed from the tube, the chuck and collet are released, thus preventing them from biting into the tube excessively. Thread-to-tube adaptor Easy installation in confined spaces as the body and threaded portion can rotate separately Sealant coated threads minimise assembly time The special profile design of the seal provides positive sealing under pressure without reduced flow Release button allows tube to be removed easily without damage Maximum operating pressure 10 bar Maximum vacuum operating pressure -100kPa Proof pressure 3MPa Ambient and fluid temperature -5 to +60°C (water 0 to 40°C).
