Features include remote outlet-level controls that allow power on/off functionality for power recycling and rebooting equipment remotely, helping to prevent unauthorized use. Real-time current metering enables remote monitoring of connected loads, while user-defined alarms provide early warnings of potential circuit overloads to prevent IT failures. The APC AP8959 Switched PDU integrates seamlessly with APC’s centralized management platforms using InfraStruxure Central, Capacity Manager, and Change Manager, allowing you to access, configure, and control it via secure Web, SNMP, or Telnet interfaces.
