- RS PRO Red Female Banana Socket, 1000 V, 24 A
- This 4 mm banana test socket from RS PRO is designed for standard test plugs. It has a slot around the socket to fit a shrouded plug and is also suitable for use with unshrouded plugs or plugs with retractable shrouds. It's easy to panel mount as you can fit the rear screw thread through a pre-drilled hole and hold it in place with the supplied washer and nut. At the rear of the socket is a solder tag for quick and simple wire connections.
- You can use this test socket for short-term connections to devices. It's typically used during development or testing to connect to a power supply, oscilloscope or multimeter. This socket is safe for use at high voltages of up to 1000 V.
